Feel free to ask for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free renditions of their dishes.

For a grand view of the ski slopes while eating breakfast, try The Bridge Cafe and Grill at 825 Main Street. Brazilian inspired food, which will fill you up and get you ready-to-go! Enjoy house favorites Brioche Breakfast and Brazuca Omelet. Most breakfast items can be ordered at any time of day.

Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio of Park City Provisions. Located at 221 Main Street, Park City Provisions serves vegetarian and vegan options, as well as meat-eating preferences in a historic atmosphere. "Early Fare" is served from 7:30am to 2:30pm. Enjoy Acai Smoothie or any one of their other gluten-free smoothies for your main dish or as an addition to your meal.

It's hard to go wrong with the traditional breakfast fare that's been offered at the Eating Establishment since 1972. With new owners, the restaurant has been spruced up a bit, but longtime menu favorites remain a mainstay and now can be enjoyed with beer, wine and cocktails. Win Win. Located at 317 Main Street.
