The Historic Park City Alliance invites food lovers to savor “The Next Course,” Mountain Town Olive Oil Co.’s signature food and wine pairing classes all season long. The unique series features favorite summer themes such as al fresco brunch, cookouts, gourmet picnic baskets and summer salads in the Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. event space at 613 Main Street.


“Summer is such a fun time to experiment with fresh ingredients and new recipes, and it’s our pleasure to be part of that experience for our guests,” said Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. Owner Jessica McCleary. “Whether you’re searching for just the right accent to enhance your next meal or are interested in learning firsthand from our talented chefs, Mountain Town Olive Oil provides a welcoming space to taste, create, shop, and learn.”

 

A fixture to Historic Main Street since 2009, Park City’s go-to olive oil and vinegar specialty shop provides a wide range of olive oils, balsamic vinegars, spices, gourmet sundries and condiment offerings. Special events and educational opportunities include The Next Course, a tasting class of 3-5 recipes each week with an optional wine pairing. Featured chefs share unique ways to use oils and vinegars and provide helpful recipe hints. Participants take home recipes, a small gift of Mountain Town Olive Oil products, and a discount to shop in the store afterwards.
