With Valentine’s Day upon us it is safe to say love is in the air. Who are we kidding love is in the air 365 in Park City! With that in mind, we’ve compiled a few ideas to celebrate your love both on Valentine’s Day and beyond.

Whether you want to book a getaway or sneak away for a few hours, look no further than Park City’s Historic Main Street. From unexpected experiences and charm to traditional romance we have you covered.

Experience Historic Park City

It’s no secret the popularity of gifting experiences has recently exploded. With its bountiful outdoor recreation, Park City is no stranger to experiences. Historic Park City is the epicenter of cultural experiences in Park City. Choose from showing off your artistic or culinary prowess with the Paint Mixer or Mountain Town Olive Oil’s "The Next Course" cooking classes, or see if you can escape from Park City’s very own Escape Room. If you’d rather not subject yourself to escaping, cooking, or crafting enjoy a performance at the Egyptian Theatre, OP Rockwell’s, PC Live, or any number of local performance art venues.

Charming Historic Park City

I won’t be the first, or the last to pen a statement on Historic Park City’s charm. Sometimes the most memorable moments often include no agenda at all, but simply enjoying your surroundings. Stroll the street. Window shop and people watch. Grab a warm beverage and a tasty treat just being as you are. Maybe you’ll decide to grab lunch or dinner, or maybe you’ll just snack your way up and down the street window shopping and admiring the wares.

Traditional Romance in Historic Park City

I am a big believer in a traditional romantic getaway complete with a luxurious stay at either the Washington School House or a beautifully remodeled miner’s cabin, delectable dinners at any number of our award winning restaurants, and of course a special souvenir to cherish (fine art or jewelry are at the top of my list of souvenirs).

While Valentine’s Day reminds us to make sure our loved ones know how much they are loved, it doesn’t have to be February 14, or even February to celebrate your special love. Sometimes time together ‘just because’ means even more.
