May 23 - Kids Day
The annual Historic Park City Kids’ Day Celebration scheduled for May 23, 2015. The annual celebration includes fun for kids of all ages and will be bigger and better than ever this year! Jugglers, Balloon Artists and Magicians will be strolling the street. Music in Miner’s Park is provided by Park City High School. Enjoy tunes from a Jazz Combo / Small Big Band from 1 – 4 p.m with a brief intermission from 2:15 – 2:45.
May 23 - Grand Opening of the Bear Bench Walkway
The Bear Bench walkway underwent a few renovations last fall, and to kick off the summer season we invite you and your little ones to come welcome Franz back to his rightful perch. Snap a photo with your little one and their favorite stuffed bear to commemorate Franz’s new digs.
May 23 - 25 - Sidewalk Sale
Several of our merchants will be hosting Sidewalk Sales. Participating merchants include Dolly’s, Propsect, Seasons, Southwest Indian Traders, Olive and Tweed, LaNiche, Destiny, and All Sports Eyewear to name a few.

No street long-term street closures are planned.
The contractor has begun work on the City Hall Plaza, this will impact parking in Swede Alley. The City’s goal is to have this completed by the end of June.
Landscaping will be added to the Bear Bench Walkway and will be complete by Friday, May 22nd.
Questar Gas will begin tieing in the individual businesses, between 4th Street and the Wasatch Brew Pub, to the new gas line.
Phase 1 of sidewalk construction will begin. The first section is from the Egyptian Theatre to south end of Cisero’s. The completion of this section is planned for the end of May.
