Tell us about yourself.
Our family has vacationed Park City for many years and I have always felt at home here. I went to culinary school in Charleston, SC, and worked in fine dining. I traveled coast to coast with restaurant jobs from Key West to Jackson Hole. In 2013 while on our ski vacation in Park City, my dad and I looked into restaurants for sale and thought we could make a go of it here on Main Street. In April of that year I was moving across the country and in June I opened Collie’s Sports Bar and Grill. My parents followed me two years later and are a great help. In my free time I love motorcycling, ATVing in Moab, skiing and hiking with the Collies (of course).

After almost four years and some extensive remodeling I’m proud to say we have an excellent Sports Bar and Grill with 25 TV’s, over 80 beers to choose from and the best BBQ/smoked items in town. Our chef Rob Holt is known for his wings!

We weren’t a big sports family growing up, so it’s a bit ironic that I run a Sports Bar and Grill. My learning curve was huge the first year!

Ski, hike, golf, ATV or anything I can do with the dogs.
