Now under new ownership, The Sky Lodge is introducing two, exciting culinary concepts to guests, Park City residents and visitors. Table One (in the former Easy Street space) will be a higher-end dining offering while Tavern (formerly Bar Boheme), an artisan bar, will be an intimate, gastro pub experience. Located in the historic Utah Coal & Lumber building, both venues promise to incorporate the latest trends in food and beverage while offering personalized, attentive service from a seasoned staff.
Featuring a 24-foot communal dining table, in addition to more intimate seating, Table One offers artfully prepared, seasonal dishes in a sophisticated and contemporary, yet relaxing setting. The communal dining table serves as Table One's center piece where guests can mingle and exchange tales from their magical day on the slopes. Cutting-edge, mountain-inspired cuisine is prepared by Chef Kevin Dalebout and his team in the exquisite open, show kitchen. Dalebout comes to Table One from Deer Valley’s Mariposa restaurant, Zagat’s top-rated restaurant in Utah. Table One serves breakfast and dinner.
Tavern, located below Table One, offers British-inspired fare complemented by the latest American culinary trends in one of the coziest spots on Main Street, complete with refined Old World touches like the wine cave and authentic copper bar. Hearty, high-end pub fare has been conceived by British Chef Ashley Chapman, who studied and worked under the renowned Gordon Ramsay. Renovations to the space include a longer bar with more seating, reupholstered banquettes and a new communal table. Tavern is open daily at 11 a.m. to midnight for lunch, après ski, dinner and drinks and will feature live music most evenings.
Both Tavern and Table One feature 55 imported and microbrew beers, 200 wines by the bottle and 25 wines by the glass.
