The Utah Restaurant Association Proudly Presents Utah ProStart TEEN CHEF Masters.

Utah ProStart TEEN CHEF Masters (TCM) selects 12 TEEN CHEF hopefuls from a sea of Utah’s best teen chefs to compete for the title of TCM Champion and a 4-year scholarship to Johnson & Wales University.

The 12 TEEN CHEFs will be mentored by 3 of Utah’s most talented and inspiring Chefs, including Park City's own, Chef Briar Handly.

Every episode features a unique theme, an incredible guest judge appearance and plenty of heat in the kitchen.

Join in with our #YouBeTheJudge offering which allows you to sample all three dishes prepared each week beginning October 10th at each chef’s restaurant!!

ProStart is the Utah Restaurant Association’s school-to-career curriculum providing juniors and seniors in high school with critical skills they will need to enter the restaurant industry at a competitive and experienced level.
