JUNE BRINGS MAIN STREET SUMMER BLAST OFF, SAVOR THE SUMMIT, PARK SILLY SUNDAY MARKETS & OUTDOOR DECK DINING
PARK CITY, UTAH (June 1, 2023) – School’s out, summer vacation is in, and the Historic Park City Alliance (HPCA) welcomes guests to enjoy a bustling calendar of events this month. The first ever Main Street Summer Blast Off, the return of Savor the Summit and Park Silly Sunday Markets, a special anniversary exhibit at Gallery MAR, free day at the Park City Museum, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor dining make for an unforgettable start to the summer season.
“June is bursting at the seams with unique opportunities to explore Main Street and support our local businesses,” said Ginger Wicks, Executive Director of the Historic Park City Alliance. “Brand new events like our Main Street Summer Blast Off, and returning favorites including Savor the Summit and Park Silly Sunday Market, are just the beginning of our full calendar of events this June. And, of course, the weather’s just right for dining on any of Main Street’s outdoor dining decks and patios.”

Josh Ritter at The Egyptian Theatre
American singer, songwriter, musician, and author known for his distinctive Americana style and narrative lyrics, Josh Ritter was named one of the "100 Greatest Living Songwriters" in 2006. Thursday – Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 6 p.m.

15 x 15 Exhibition at Gallery MAR
Celebrate Gallery MAR’s 15th birthday with their special 15 x 15 Anniversary Exhibition. Peruse small works of 15" x 15" pieces from artists including Maura Allen, T.S. Harris, Nina Tichava, Bridgette Meinhold, Shawna Moore, Laura Wait, and Michael Kessler, among others.

Main Street Summer Blast Off
Launch into summer by shopping, eating, and exploring Main Street! Participating businesses will offer free giveaways, dining specials, and unique experiences for locals, visitors, families, and friends for this first ever event.

The Monkees Celebrated by Micky Dolenz at The Egyptian Theatre
Mickey Dolenz celebrates a new box set based around the Monkees album, “Headquarters,” on this special tour performing the legendary hits.

The Gatlin Brothers at The Egyptian Theatre
An evening with Larry, Steve, and Rudy, this Grammy Award-winning trio of brothers has dazzled audiences for more than 65 years, with a multitude of achievements in music. Show times 8 p.m. nightly.
Saturday, 6/17
Illustrating Park City’s rich history from booming silver mining town to world-class skiing destination, the award-winning Park City Museum offers interactive exhibits, artifacts, and the city’s original basement jail. Admission is FREE on select days for friends and family to enjoy the museum.

Pure Prairie League at The Egyptian Theatre
Pure Prairie League returns to The Egyptian stage with 1960s rock with a heavy dose of country and high-flying harmony. Shows at 8 p.m. nightly.
Saturday, 6/24
Utah’s largest outdoor dinner party will serve more than 2,500 guests at the Grand Table in the middle of Main Street, along with the High West Spirit Garden, live music, and lodging specials. Reservations can be made directly with participating restaurants, which can be found at parkcityrestaurants.com/savor-the-summit.

AIKO at O.P. Rockwell
Forged in Nashville, TN, in 1984 in the spirit of the great jam bandmasters, the Grateful Dead, AIKO fuses various elements of American rock, folk, psychedelia, country, and bluegrass into lengthy instrumental jams. Doors open at 7 p.m., headliner on at 8 p.m.

Park City Art & Music Gallery Stroll
Enjoy an evening of art, food, drinks, music, and great company while strolling along scenic Main Street in Park City. Participating galleries open their doors to the public for a fun, casual cultural experience. Look for Park City Gallery Association flags. Free event the last Friday of every month. 6 – 9 p.m.

Guided Historic Main Street Walking Tours
Explore Historic Main Street on foot with a trusted guide to learn about the architecture, people, and notable events of Park City’s unique history, from the mining boom town to world-class ski destination. Guided Main Street tours will be offered Monday through Friday, June 26 – Friday, Sept. 1, at 2 p.m. Please call 435-216-9693 to talk to Park City Museum staff to reserve a spot.

Team up for King Trivia Live Pub Quiz every Thursday at 7 p.m. Test your knowledge over traditional Irish fare, premium beers, and spirits.

Belt out your favorite power ballad at Saturday night karaoke over a pint and authentic Irish fare. 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
