Alpenglobe Dining at Butcher's Chop House

Butcher's Chop House & Bar brings back its Alpenglobes for the 2026/2027 winter season — six private, heated dining domes set up along Main Street, the only ones of their kind on that stretch of town. Each globe seats up to 8 guests with adjustable heat, Bluetooth audio, and a dimmable chandelier, and works for either a shorter après sit-down or a full dinner.

Online reservations open October 2, with the first available date Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026. Booking happens through Resy only, with après slots at 3:15 and 3:30pm and dinner seatings at 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, 7:45, 8:00, and 8:15pm. With only 6 globes in the city, these book up well ahead of the date.

• Up to 8 guests per globe (children count as full guests)
• Booking fee is non-refundable and not credited toward your bill; $150 + tax on holidays and special events
• Food & beverage minimum: $150 + tax for the 90-minute après seating, $500 + tax for the 2.5-hour dinner seating
• Cancellation: 48+ hrs notice refunds the booking fee in full; 24–48 hrs incurs a $200 charge plus the lost fee; under 24 hrs or a no-show is charged the full food & beverage minimum
• Dining window begins at your reservation time — late arrivals are charged $100 per 5 minutes
