Pine Cone Ridge

Established in December 2022, Pine Cone Ridge is a restaurant and bar located on historic Main Street, offering elevated contemporary American cuisine in a refined yet approachable setting. The menu highlights fresh ingredients and a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes crafted by Executive Chef Gudrun Thorne-Thomsen, complemented by craft cocktails and a global wine list.

The dining room features local artwork that captures the beauty of Park City, with custom emerald velvet tufted booths, antique tilework, Brazilian hardwood floors, and a full-service bar that sets a relaxed, upscale tone.

Chef Gudrun Thorne-Thomsen

Executive Chef Gudrun Thorne-Thomsen brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to Pine Cone Ridge. Originally from Greenfield, Massachusetts, she began cooking at age 14 and later settled in Park City, drawn by her passion for both food and snowboarding. Her signature dish, Chicken À La Queen—a modern take on the nostalgic Chicken À La King—reflects her creative and personal approach to cooking. A highlight in the restaurant’s early history includes serving the dish to actress Sarah Jessica Parker and her family during a visit to Park City.
