Whiskey-Paired Prix Fixe Dinner at The Nelson Cottage

The Nelson Cottage by High West, named MICHELIN Recommended in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest, serves a prix fixe dinner built on local ingredients, with a menu its chefs redesign every few weeks and optional whiskey pairings for each course.

The evening starts with a short social hour and a welcome drink on the heated patio overlooking Park Avenue (weather permitting, so dress for it). After a whiskey tasting led by a High West Whiskey Ambassador, guests sit down inside with a view of the kitchen and the Whiskey Archive.

Seatings Wednesday through Sunday at 5 PM and 8 PM, unless the cottage is booked for a private event.

Price

• Prix fixe dinner: $110 per person
• Optional whiskey pairing: $60–$80

Seasonal craft cocktails, wine by the glass or bottle, and craft beer are also available.

Good to know

• 21 and over. From January 1, every guest needs a valid ID to enter.
• Parties of 2 to 8. Reservations open on a rolling 30-day basis.
• Cancel at least 72 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged $55 per person. If the party shrinks on arrival or within 12 hours, the cottage charges 50% per missing guest.
• The kitchen can't accommodate garlic, onion or nightshade allergies.
