CELEBRATE SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, MAIN STREET HOLIDAY LIGHTS & NEW ART EXHIBIT IN HISTORIC PARK CITY
Art, fashion, theater, and live music take center stage as members of the Historic Park City Alliance welcome locals and visitors to enjoy a variety of cultural and entertainment events filling the calendar this month. Guests are also invited to shop small on Small Business Saturday with Main Street businesses and officially kick off the holiday season.
November opens with Fashion’s First Friday, hosted by our local boutiques, followed by concerts and live shows. Plus, Small Business Saturday is the perfect time to support our local merchants, enjoy the season’s Snow Globe Stroll, and experience Main Street’s holiday spirit.

Fashion’s First Friday – Park City Style
Friday, 11/1 | 4 – 7 p.m.
Boutiques along Main Street open their doors to offer a unique shopping experience on the first Friday of every month. Participating boutiques include The Collective Park City, We Norwegians, Panache, Grace Clothiers, Chamomile, JW Bennett, Flight, Cake, Olive & Tweed, and Romy. Each boutique will offer snacks, libations, and special experiences such as brand showcases, pop-ups, discounts, and other exclusive deals. Attendees can also enter to win a First Friday Goodie Bag filled with items donated by the participating boutiques.

Bridgette Meinhold: “Embodied” at Gallery MAR
Friday, 11/8
In her new solo show, "Embodied," Meinhold shares a captivating collection of contemporary encaustic and cold wax paintings that explore the intricate relationship between body, identity, and landscape in the American West. Through layered surfaces, her work invites viewers to reflect on how the expansive terrains—ranging from misty, sage-covered hills to fog-draped mountain peaks and atmospheric forests—shape our personal and collective narratives.
Aerial Mining Trams and Ski Lifts Lecture
Wednesday, 11/13 | 5 – 6 p.m.
This lecture given by Mark Danninger discusses how aerial mining tram development in the late 19th century dramatically improved ore and mining supplies haulage in rugged and remote mining districts across the western U.S. and Canada. The development and use of aerial mining trams and the adaptation and significant influence this had on the ski industry we know of today will be explored. The lecture will be held at the Park City Museum Education and Collections Center located at 2079 Sidewinder Drive.

Park City Museum FREE Day
Saturday, 11/16 | 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Illustrating Park City’s rich history from booming silver mining town to world-class skiing destination, the award-winning Park City Museum offers interactive exhibits, artifacts, and the city’s original basement jail. Admission is FREE on select days for friends and family to enjoy the museum.

Snow Globe Stroll
Thursday, 11/28 – Thursday 1/2
In its fifth year, the Snow Globe Stroll will feature seven life-size snow globes, each designed and decorated by a featured local artist. Passersby can enjoy festive Holiday decorations in Historic Park City, including Santa’s mailbox and the Main Street Christmas tree.

Open 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m., stop in for the Free Bird Buffet, a complimentary Thanksgiving feast with all the fixin’s, beginning at 2 p.m. until supplies last. The regular food menu will also be available.
Butcher’s Chop House & Bar
Open 2 – 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, a 2-course prix fixe menu will be offered, including turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, garlic green beans, candied yams, cranberry sauce, and choice of pecan or pumpkin pie. Open 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Enjoy the first two NFL games of the day while enjoying a Thanksgiving meal.

Enjoy a Thanksgiving meal from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. of butternut squash leek soup or honey crisp salad, turkey breast with house made mashers, brown gravy, stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce. Enjoy a memorable Thanksgiving celebration with a Mediterranean flair, featuring a 3-course prix-fixe menu.
