Join us for Chile: The Star of South America, a wine-tasting event at Mountain Town Olive. From familiar varietals to unique expressions of long-forgotten gems, the wines of Chile are a treasure chest of quality and value that are long on flavor. If you're longing to explore a new area that offers great wines at reasonable price points join Professor Mike Szczesny's class.
Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting on Main Street. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$40 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store.
You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is.
Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and class begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Charcuterie Platters are available for purchase if you wish to nibble during class. This service is provided by Park City Dessert and the trays will be delivered to your table. Platters must be ordered by end of day on the Wednesday before your class.. Order charcuterie trays HERE.
