About the Author: 

D.J. Maughan is an avid reader, event manager, father, husband, public speaker, and bestselling author. In December 2022, he published his debut novel, Vanished From Budapest, a crime thriller about an American graduate student who hires a private detective to find his missing British girlfriend. The success of the novel led to four, and counting, additional thrillers featuring Peter Andrassy, the private investigator from Vanished From Budapest. In 2024, D.J. published Idaho Fall, a bestselling mystery novel about a woman who, while in a comatose state, follows the detectives as they investigate her attempted murder. Those same detectives are back in a subsequent novel, Freeing Nicole, a mystery novel about a high school drama production gone horribly wrong when one student is murdered.
