HISTORIC PARK CITY BUSINESSES ANNOUNCE “SPRING INTO HISTORIC PARK CITY”

Park City, Utah (April 17, 2014) Historic Park City merchants announce events, promotions and free parking on Main Street Sundays this spring April 27 – June 1, 2014.

“Spring is one of the most beautiful times of the year in Historic Park City,” said Alison Butz, Historic Park City Alliance Executive Director. “As the flowers bloom and the snow melts, our merchants enjoy seeing the friendly faces of Utah residents. Spring into Historic Park City is designed to encourage Utah residents to spend a day in Historic Park City enjoying the charm of the district.”

Spring into Historic Park City includes free parking on Main Street each Sunday of the promotion, which begins Sunday, April 27 and ends Sunday, June 1. Additional activation scheduled during the promotion include the following:

  • April 27: Spring Sale – The ski season has ended, and Main Street merchants need to clear out the “winter wear” to make room for spring and summer merchandise. Find great deals on next winter’s favorites.

  • May 4: Boutique Bounce - Post a picture of you, your friends and family at a Main Street merchant and be entered to win a Historic Park City Gift Card.

  • May 11: Mother’s Day - Enjoy specials for Mom at participating merchants.

  • May 18: Kid’s Day - A whole day just for kids! Free face painting, balloon art,
    and a magician from 2 -4 pm in Miner’s Park.

  • May 25: Live Music in Miner’s Park - Free entertainment and family fun with AM Bump Trio 2 -4 pm in Miner’s Park.

  • June 1: Main Street Artist Paint Out - Watch as artists from local galleries create beautiful one-of-a-kind artwork.
