LIVE MUSIC, THEATRE PERFORMANCES & ART GALLERY EVENTS FILL MAY CALENDAR IN HISTORIC PARK CITY
PARK CITY, UTAH May 1, 2023) – The Historic Park City Alliance (HPCA) invites locals and visitors to enjoy a variety of live shows, stage performances, and the popular Park City Gallery Stroll this May to experience Main Street’s rich arts and culture scene all month long.
“As we prepare for warmer months ahead, local businesses on Historic Main Street are keeping guests entertained all throughout May,” explains Ginger Wicks, Executive Director of the Historic Park City Alliance. “Night club scenes, chill bar vibes, lively theatre performances, and casual gallery gatherings round out the schedule this month.”

Set Saturdays with DJ Bangarang
Ladies Night. Doors open at 8:30 p.m.
Thursday, 5/11 – Saturday, 5/13
Leo Nocentelli of The Meters at The Egyptian Theatre
Founding member and lead guitarist of the funk band The Meters, and recipient of a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, Nocentelli will play all the hits with the full band. Reduced priced tickets Thursday and Friday. Show times 8 p.m. nightly.

Once Upon a Mattress at The Egyptian Theatre
Winnifred the Woebegone is just a simple swamp princess looking to win the heart of Prince Dauntless. But can she pass the impossible test Queen Aggravain has in store for her? Carried on a wave of wonderful songs, this rollicking spin on the classic tale The Princess and the Pea provides side-splitting shenanigans. Located in the Egyptian Studios and performed by the Egyptian YouTheatre all youth cast.

Riverhorse on Main Mother’s Day Tapas Brunch
Enjoy an all-you-can-eat Mother’s Day Tapas Brunch from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. paired with a brand new list of summer cocktails and live music from Teresa Cooke. $95 for adults, $65 for kids 12 and under. Reservations available on Resy.

A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder at The Egyptian Theatre
2014 Tony Award for Best Musical and comedy where the audience is treated to Edwardian style, classic farce, and stunning operatic singing. Presented by the Ziegfeld Theatre Co. Thursday – Saturday showtimes at 8 p.m., Sundays at 6 p.m.

Guests of the intimate DuMOL Wine Dinner will enjoy passed appetizers during a small reception, followed by an elegant fine dining experience of five expertly crafted courses paired with renowned DuMOL wines including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This 21+ event begins at 6 p.m. and is $150 per person. Tickets are available on RESY.
