Mountain Mixer Has a New Champion

We’re thrilled to announce that the Mountain Mixer has crowned a new champion, and both first and second place winners hail from Main Street, Park City!

After weeks of tasting, tallying, and behind-the-scenes deliberation, Park City’s most spirited showdown reached its grand finale on August 21. Ten of the town’s top mixologists went shaker to shaker in the 2025 Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest, delivering their best creations live on stage. Held mid-mountain at Silver Lake Lodge, the high-energy event blended cocktails, creativity, and charisma—where both an enthusiastic crowd and a panel of expert judges played a role in crowning this year’s champion.

AJ Anderson of Handle took the crown with “Melt,” a whiskey-and-rum cocktail anchored by a melting juice ice cube that gradually releases tropical flavors as it dissolves.

Nebbia

Katelyn Frazer of Butcher's Chop House & Bar took second place with "Nebbia," a creamy mouthfeel and perfect balance of sweetness, spices, and botanicals. This cocktail will keep you wondering if you are having a beverage made by a bartender or a barista.

Charles Vincent Franco of Grub Steak Park City took third place with "Ube Halo," a sweet treat with a twist of Filipino Heritage Cocktail that's gonna be a tasty summer drink.

Ube Halo

This year’s top 10 cocktails brought incredible talent and innovation to the table. From smoky bourbons to floral frosés, Park City’s mixologists showed what this town is made of—and we’re already counting down to next year.
