The Next Course is a tasting class of 3-5 recipes each week with an optional wine pairing. Observe Chef Deanna Fitchat, owner of DeeLicious Park City, share new and different ways to use Mountain Town’s oils and & vinegars, as well as helpful recipe hints. Guests get the recipes to take home, a small gift, and an in-store discount to shop afterward. The menu includes:
Spring Herb & Goat Cheese Tartlets
Crab & Avocado Salad, with Beets
Spring Pea and Mint Soup
Chicken and Asparagus Pappardelle
Fresh Berry Panna Cotta
