The Next Course: Light Spring Dishes

The Next Course is a tasting class of 3-5 recipes each week with an optional wine pairing. Observe Chef Deanna Fitchat, owner of Deelicious Park City, share new and different ways to use Mountain Town’s oils and & vinegars, as well as helpful recipe hints. Guests get the recipes to take home, a small gift, and an in-store discount to shop afterward. The menu includes:

  • Spring Herb & Goat Cheese Tartlets

  • Crab & Avocado Salad, with Beets

  • Spring Pea and Mint Soup

  • Chicken and Asparagus Pappardelle

  • Fresh Berry Panna Cotta

$75 per person. $20 optional wine pairing. Reservations are required by calling 435-649-1400.
