
Union Patisserie
Union Patisserie is a charming Parisian-inspired café and wine bar offering freshly baked goods, hot breakfast, and grab-n-go lunches. With an intimate and edgy ambiance, Union transforms from a daytime bakery to a chic wine bar in the evening, featuring French hors d'oeuvres, champagne, wine and beer. Open daily from 7am-7pm.
Housed in a historic former tack shed of Union Train Station, Union blends edgy sophistication with a welcoming ambiance, reimagined by NYC-based Workshop APD. The space showcases a mural by local artist Sarah Jenson and handcrafted plates made from original Union Plaza wood trestles.
Led by James Beard Award-winning Chef Galen Zamarra and Executive Pastry Chef Cassidy Cabel, Union Patisserie offers classics such as croissants, eclairs and French macarons, as well as Jambon Buerre, cheese and charcuterie plates. In partnership with La Colombe, we craft unique coffee blends for an unforgettable experience.
